a variety of events. This 22,000 square foot
facility is the perfect site for your
business meetings, seminars, or retreats. We
are also a popular site for social functions
including dinners, parties, weddings and
receptions.

The many glass walls in
this lovely facility allow your guests to
enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As you
enter the building you will see that the
beautiful surroundings are evident inside as
well as outside. The Lobby area has two
glass atriums and a glass cathedral ceiling.
The rear terrace creates a relaxed
atmosphere with a spectacular view
overlooking the 18th green of the Players
Course.
The Conference Center
staff takes pride in offering our clients
the best in customer service. To offer you a
worry free event, complete food and bar
service is available. Just make your
selections and leave the rest to us. Bryan
Conference Center is a full service facility
with all food and beverage provided
exclusively by on-site staff. Our in-house
caterer will provide you and your guests
with the highest food and beverage service
possible. Standard menu selections are
available but our caterer can design a
custom menu that will highlight your
individual taste and personality.
It's never too early to
think of holiday planning. The facility is
decorated beautifully for the December
Holiday Season. Garland, greenery with tiny
white lights and our fireplace will help
make your holiday entertaining a festive
affair.
